Soy Richard, un xhicano, Bay Area-born and raised muralist and custom fabricator that has been practicing my artistic passions for over 30 years. Being raised in Richmond, I naturally grew a love for my community which fueled my journey to become involved in social justice and activism through my works of art. I am currently working with youth as an educator of multiple art mediums to help empower the next generation of socially conscious community artists. In my free time, I love to travel and tend to my garden with my family.
